As tax season rapidly approaches, now is the time to sit down with a professional and ensure all of your company's bases are covered. Sam Wolf, CPA, will be holding free individual 30-minute sessions to discuss a variety of common tax and accounting concerns, including setting up bookkeeping, preparing for 2017 tax filings, 1099 considerations, Delaware C-Corp and LLC franchise tax requirements, and other general accounting questions.
