About Creative Destruction Lab:
CDL's sweet spot is working with founders at the seed, or series A stage and helping them to raise capital and set smart milestones over 9 months. Our eight annual cohort runs from September 2019 to June 2020. The deadline to apply is August 12. Over the past seven years we have curated a group of super-angels, extremely successful tech entrepreneurs, and star scientists who provide made-to-order guidance to the founders admitted to the program as they build science- and technology-driven businesses. Since the CDL program launched in 2012, our participating ventures have created over $3.25B (USD) in equity value.
CDL is complementary to incubators and accelerators but provides a type of support unavailable outside of Silicon Valley. It is a low-cost, low-risk program with high potential upside for participants. CDL admits companies in 7 specialized streams (AI, Health, Space, Cities, Quantum, Blockchain, and Energy) and one general tech stream called Prime.
