Please join us for an interactive virtual session with Penn Medicine's Penn Program for Mindfulness! This 1-hr workshop will provide an overview of how mindfulness works and will introduce the practice of mindfulness-based stress management. Practice, Q&A, and discussion will exemplify the benefits of mindfulness-based tools and how they can be applied to improve performance, manage personal and professional challenges, and enhance overall well‐being.
This virtual session will be led by Mara Wai, MEd, Associate Director of the Penn Program for Mindfulness. She facilitates a number of our mindfulness group programs and also coaches and mentors individual clients to apply mind-body tools in support of life goals and in navigating challenges.
