Andy Hamilton, Partner
Andy concentrates primarily in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital, securities law, and general corporate counseling. He works with both public and private companies in industries as diverse as energy and clean technology, computer software, information technology, business services, and medical devices. Andrew advises clients, including private equity or venture-backed companies, on all phases of their growth cycles including business plan development, startup structuring, and exit strategies such as initial public offerings (IPOs) and change in control transactions.
Office hours appointments will be held in the PCI Ventures suite, 229, on the second floor of the Pennovation Center.
